It was clean, I will be back. Good value, room was updated, staff were amicable! The location was good in industrial-like area, near expressway. Really enjoyed the room with fridge and microwave, my bed was extremely comfy. A microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were provided.

Absolutely needs better cleaning routines!!! The towels were stained and dirty, and the carpets were sticky!!! Fix those AC issues before guests suffer!!! Let's avoid those uncomfortable moments!!!

The experience was quite disappointing. The room had a strong odor of cigarettes, leading to a less than pleasant atmosphere. Stains were all over the sheets and towels, and the bathroom showed signs of mold that had merely been painted over. The maintenance was lacking, with light sockets hanging off walls and a missing nightstand. Despite a friendly staff, the unclean conditions was great.
